| Andy joined NAI DESCO in August of 2004,
after working as an IT consultant at MasterCard
International. He has been involved in over $55
million dollars worth of transactions (involving over
2,000,000 SF), focusing mainly on industrial, office and
investment properties. Among his completed
deals, Andy has used his NAI contacts to match investors
and property in markets around the country, going
outside the St. Louis market to find deals that satisfy
the requirements of his clients. These
transactions have earned him NAI Gold Club status in
2005 and 2006 and both NAI Elite Top Performer and Top
Producer awards in 2007.
Simply put, Andy is a responsive, creative, organized
