Andy has been active in Commercial Real
Estate since 1985 and has completed lease and sale
transactions involving office, industrial, land and
investment properties.
To date, Andy has completed over 350 transactions
totaling in access of $150,000,000 in value, including
over $75,000,000 in office, $30,000,000 in investment
and approximately 3,000,000 square feet of industrial
properties. In 1996 Andy represented Jessica Realty
Investment in an acquisition of 3 suburban office
buildings totaling 195,000 sq. ft. and over $15,000,000
and in 2000 represented GPX, Inc. in leasing a 180,000
sq. ft. headquarters and distribution facility.
Andy has successfully worked with both small business
owners and major corporations including General Motors,
Eveready Battery, Inc., Bordon, GPX, Inc. and White
Rodgers, division of Emerson Electric.
