The scope of my responsibilities are determined by the needs of a diverse client base seeking to engage a Broker with the knowledge, skill and expertise to successfully negotiate and strategize complex transactions.
Background & Experience
Carl represents buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of commercial property. Carl has 37 years of experience including 10 years with a national design/build firm with nationwide responsibility, 5 years of consulting and 25 years in brokerage. He has the knowledge, skill and experience to assist his clients in the most complex transactions.
Carl holds the prestigious SIOR designation from the Society of Office and Industrial Realtors as both an office and industrial specialist. He is knowledgeable of office, industrial and retail properties, but focuses on investment and 1031 Tax Exchanges. In the past 11 years, Carl has completed over 300 transactions totaling 4,247,000 square feet, valued at over $325,000,000.
